All in-stock orders will ship via FEDEX. 

Fedex 2-Day delivery: Receive your purchases within 2-4 working days after your order has been accepted
Fedex Ground Delivery: Receive your purchases within 4-6 working days after your order has been accepted

kiwoncollection does not ship orders on Saturday, Sunday or most major holidays.

For custom orders or not in stock items - please allow for 4-6 weeks.

FedEx Standard 2-day Air - $35.00 (Domestic Only) 

Purchases made before 2:00 pm (EST) will arrive in 2 business days when placed Monday - Thursday. All purchases made after 2:00 pm (EST) on Thursdays will be shipped on the following Monday and delivered by Wednesday. Please contact customer are Monday - Friday from 10:00 am to 4:30 pm (EST) for assistance. A signature will be required for all shipments at the time of delivery. Sunday and Holiday delivery is unavailable. 

Fedex Next Day Air: $55.00 (next business day afternoon)

Purchases made before 2:00 pm (EST) will arrive in 2 business days when placed Monday - Thursday. All purchases made after2:00 pm (EST) on Thursdays will be shipped on the following Monday and delivered by Wednesday. P.O. Boxes

 we do not allow shipments to P.O. Boxes.

TAXES AND DUTIES

Taxes and duties: prices displayed on the website are exclusive of taxes and shipping. When you proceed to purchase your order, sales tax and customs duty (where applicable) will be calculated on the total merchandise value and shipping charges, and displayed on the order summary page. 

If you are shipping within the USA, sales tax will only be charged on orders shipped to NY. No other tax or import duty will be applied to orders shipped within the USA. Please note that all non-customs related local taxes are the customer's responsibility. Kiwoncollection is not responsible for reporting or paying additional local taxes to states, such as use tax. 

A direct signature is required upon delivery for all orders. If you will not be available to sign for the package at the scheduled time of delivery, please call us to discuss delivery options with a customer service representative 

Delivery to U.S. Territories and International Destinations, including Canada.
Please note the Customer is responsible for all duties and taxes applied to the shipment by customs. A contact number is required for all shipments. Outside the USA, most destinations are shipped to on a DDP (delivery duty paid) basis, which means that all relevant import taxes and duties will be included in the final purchase price.
