We do not offer overnight delivery to Alaska, Hawaii, Guam, Puerto Rico, US Virgin Islands

We ship UPS insured unless otherwise requested. We will only ship to the billing address of the card. We cannot deliver to a P.O. Box.

INTERNATIONAL DUTIES AND TARIFFS

Each country has varied laws and customs requirements for clearance of imported goods. Depending upon the rules and regulations of your country, you may be required to clear the package with your Customs Department, as well as pay any import duties, taxes and broker fees related to your order. Unfortunately these charges are determined by each individual country and KIWONCOLLECTION.com is not able to assess these charges prior to delivery. Additionally, customs clearance procedures may delay the original estimated delivery date. If you are curious about your countries import laws, please contact your local customs office for more information.

REPAIRS AND ADJUSTMENTS

We charge a $30 flat fee on basic repairs plus materials and any shipping charges. Also it depends on the degree of repiar, the fees may vary.

Acceptance of your order and the formation of the contract of sale between kiwoncollection, INC. and you will not take place unless and until you have received your order confirmation e-mail. 3. Prices and Payment Terms. 

(a) Prices. All prices posted on this Site are subject to change without notice. The price charged for a product or service will be the price in effect at the time the order is placed and will be set out in your order confirmation e-mail. Price increases will only apply to orders placed after such changes. Posted prices do not include taxes or charges for shipping and handling. All such taxes and charges will be added to your merchandise total and will be itemized in your shopping cart and in your order confirmation e-mail. We are not responsible for pricing, typographical or other errors in any offer by us and we reserve the right to cancel any orders arising from such errors. 

(b) Payment. Terms of payment are within our sole discretion and, unless otherwise agreed by us in writing, payment must be received by us before our acceptance of an order. We accept Visa, Masqercard and Amex, for all purchases. You represent and warrant that (i) the credit card information you supply to us is true, correct and complete, (ii) you are duly authorized to use such credit card for the purchase, (iii) charges incurred by you will be honored by your credit card company, and (iv) you will pay charges incurred by you at the posted prices, including all applicable taxes, if any. 

4. Shipments; Delivery; Title and Risk of Loss. 

(a) Shipping. We will arrange for shipment of the products to you according to the shipping option you choose. Please check our shipping information page for specific delivery options. You will pay all shipping and handling charges specified during the ordering process. You are responsible for all duties and taxes applied to a shipment at customs. A contact phone number is required for all shipments. 

(b) Delivery. A signature will be required for all shipments at the time of delivery. Delivery on Sundays or holidays is unavailable. Saturday delivery may be available, but please contact kiwoncollection Care at 917-405-8976 or kiwonwang@aol.com for pricing and eligibility. We do not deliver to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO/DPO address locations. 

(c) Title and Risk of Loss. Title and risk of loss pass to you upon our transfer of the products to the carrier. Shipping and delivery dates are estimates only and cannot be guaranteed. We are not liable for any delays in shipments. 

(d) Out of Stock Items. Items not on hand at time of order will ship approximately four (4) to six (6) weeks after we receive your order. You will receive a confirmation of shipment when the order is sent. If you need your order sooner, please contact us to see how quickly we can accommodate you. Expedition fees may apply. 

5. Goods. 

(a) Gift Wrapping. All packages will arrive gift wrapped and in our exclusive kiwoncollection packaging.
